We are hiring Fulfillment Associates from Myrtle Beach to support store operations by assisting with order preparation, stocking, and helping customers with their purchases. 

Associates role in Fulfillment involves physical activity, customer interaction, and inventory handling, ensuring a seamless experience for both in-store and delivery customers.

Job Title: Fulfillment Associate (Retail Support)
Location: Myrtle Beach, South Carolina
Salary: $17.00 – $18.40 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time both option available in Myrtle Beach
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in retail or using mobile technology
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Key Responsibilities for Part time and Full time Associate job in Myrtle Beach:

• Ensure merchandise is in good condition, properly accounted for, and ready for pickup or delivery
• Accurately pull, inspect, and prepare products for customer orders
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to Myrtle Beach customer and team needs
• Replenish shelves and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment
• Assist with loading merchandise, including heavy or oversized items, into customer vehicles or trucks
• Verify invoices and ensure accurate product delivery
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction
• Operate power equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) if assigned to the Pro Department (certification required within 30 days)

Requirements to join our Fulfillment in Myrtle Beach:

• Must be available to work mornings, afternoons, and evenings, any day of the week
• Ability to stand, sit, lift, and move for extended periods
• Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs without assistance
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction)
• 6 months of computer use experience (inputting, accessing, modifying data)
• 6 months experience using mobile or retail technology (smartphones, tablets)
• Ability to obtain any sales-related licensure or registration if required by local law
